If you are using PEC Constructor/Operator Registration Portal (CORP) for the first time, you are required to;

  1. Click Sign Up
  2. If you already own a firm having PEC License No (e.g. C2/987 etc.), provision of this information is mandatory during “Sign Up” process to relate your PEC licensed firm with your online account. (Note: if you receive error of CNIC mismatch, CNIC needs to be updated in PEC record to continue).
  3. The second step is to be omitted for new firm registration is required.
  4. 4. After sign-up process, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided. It is required to login to your email id (e.g. yahoo.com, gmail.com, Hotmail.com etc.) and click the activation link sent from noreply@pec.org.pk. Please check the spam/junk folder as well

If you already have gone through Sign Up process and have activated your account, you need to Sign-In.

If your have forgotten the password, It can be recovered by clicking “Forgot Password” link on home page (coportal.pec.org.pk).

The only option available is to write an application on firm’s letter head, addressed to Head of Construction/Operator Registration Department (download template here).

  1. Use your own email id for account sign up and do not share its password with any one.
  2. Before proceeding for application filling, please go through the check list of your application type.
  3. Confirming that all documents required for processing of application are complete, scan the documents keeping in view;
    • Minimum possible size
    • Ensure every document is readable
    • Every document is either .JPG or .PDF format as required.
    • Submit the application and respond accordingly for any SMS/email received by PEC
    • Some are informatory alerts while some require your response back to PEC.

on home page (coportal.pec.org.pk), please click the “Resend Account-Activation Email” to receive activation email after sign-up process.

The optimum document size for upload is 600Kb. The maximum allowed size for any document is 2MB. Usage of optimum document size will make application submission process easy.

CORP does not have the feature to change application type. If an application is initiated by the applicant (e.g. renewal of license) and applicant desires to apply for up-gradation. The renewal application must be closed on request to PEC.

The application can be submitted online provided the “Summary of submitted application” is not forwarded to Enrollment Committee.

The average processing time is 15 days, if documentary requirements are met.

License will be dispatched through courier service on provided postal address by PEC.

Status of submitted-application can be viewed by logging to your account. It is visible on dashboard

Profile of your firm can be viewed by clicking “View Profile” link on dashboard after successful sign in to your account. This is profile is visible to only you. Public profile can be viewed by clicking verification.pec.org.pk and provide respective Category + License No
